You’re always
welcome to Engage.

Making you feel at home in our studio is so important to us, and we want your first class to be as successful and rewarding as it can be. Just a few tips to keep in mind:

Sign up in advance.
To guarantee your spot in class, please sign up via MindBody before arriving at our studio. Earlier is better for those classes with limited spots available.

Pack your mat and those towels.
If you already have a yoga mat, just bring it along with you. If you don’t have a mat, no worries. You can always borrow one from us when you get here. Also, be sure to bring a larger towel to place over your mat, and a smaller one to use on your face and hands during class.

Arrive on time.
For your first visit, we encourage you to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. This gives you plenty of time to sign our waiver, pay if needed, and ask any questions to make sure you feel comfortable. It also helps ensure you’ll get a good spot with an optimal view of the instructor.

Unplug — in every sense.
We want class to be an escape for you, so leaving your phone outside the studio is recommended. If you must have your phone with you in class, please turn off all sound and dim the brightness of your screen to its lowest setting. We want to honor the darkness of the room, and any light can be distracting to other students.

Care for your body.
Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated — before, during and after class. It’s hot in the studio, and your body will thank you!

Silence is golden.
Speaking quietly while you’re getting acclimated is fine, but please refrain from talking loudly during class. This will help everyone around you focus much more easily.

Leave your worries — and your shoes — at the door.
Maintaining the integrity of our studio floor is important, so please remove your shoes before entering. In our lobby, you’ll find plenty of cubbies for your personal belongings.
